Terms of Service | AI Review Manager

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Review Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Review Manager provides automated response services for Google Business Profile reviews. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate and post responses to customer reviews on behalf of registered businesses.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Own or have authorization to manage a Google Business Profile
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Authorize AI Review Manager to access your Google Business Profile via OAuth 2.0

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: The Service is provided at $99 per month with a 3-day free trial.

Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your payment method will be charged $99/month unless you cancel.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. All payments are processed through Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Automated Review Responses

By using the Service, you authorize AI Review Manager to:

Monitor reviews posted to your Google Business Profile
Generate AI-powered responses to reviews
Automatically post responses on your behalf without requiring approval
Send you alerts about negative reviews
Provide analytics and reporting on review activity

                Important: AI Review Manager operates with full automation. Once connected, the Service will automatically respond to reviews without requiring your approval. While we use advanced AI to generate appropriate responses, you remain responsible for all content posted to your Google Business Profile.
            

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Comply with Google's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
Not post fake, misleading, or deceptive reviews or responses
Monitor the automated responses periodically
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service

7. Intellectual Property

AI Review Manager and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-generated responses created through the Service are provided to you for use on your Google Business Profile. You may use these responses as you see fit.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

AI Accuracy: While we strive for high-quality AI-generated responses, we do not guarantee that all responses will be perfect or appropriate for every situation. You are responsible for monitoring responses.

Third-Party Services: The Service depends on Google Business Profile API and other third-party services. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party service outages.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Review Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Google Business Profile Integration

The Service integrates with Google Business Profile using OAuth 2.0 authentication. By connecting your Google Business Profile:

You grant AI Review Manager permission to read reviews and post responses
You acknowledge that Google may revoke API access at any time
You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service

We do not store your Google password and cannot access your Google account beyond the permissions you explicitly grant through OAuth.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Non-payment of subscription fees
Misuse of the Service

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your dashboard or by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
